Video
The videos below were edited using Adobe Photoshop—which was a surprising feat, since I didn’t know that Photoshop could be used for so many things (I was aware that it could be used for illustration and image editing, but I thought that this was the extend of the application). I work better when it comes to editing videos rather than filming them, so I was very much excited to create these videos.
For this assignment, I can’t quite remember what it was, but I know that we were supposed to create a video using Photoshop. I decided to take an assignment from a previous week from that quarter (to create a postcard for a place), and alter it so that it could become a virtual postcard. I had fun choosing the music, as well as picking videos that would best suit the images from it.
For this assignment, we were tasked (again) to create a video using Photoshop. I decided that I would create a fake teaser movie trailer. The small idea I had for this was that it would be a slice-of-life type of movie that was filled with good vibes, hence the calm atmosphere and multiple daily activities present in the video! (and the pretty music, which was something that I was proud of finding)
Photography
I am not that comfortable with operating a camera, but I did find joy in taking photographs with such a nice camera! I also had fun with editing them to give them a more dynamic feel, and to make the overall image look better than the raw.
